Geographic Focus & Future Expansion
Where Blockx operates today, and where the platform is headed.
Why did Blockx start in The Gambia, Senegal and Ghana?
These three markets form Blockx's initial geographic focus, reflecting established local relationships, property market familiarity and a strong diaspora investor base with existing interest in these regions.
Will Blockx expand beyond real estate?
Yes. The long-term vision positions Blockx as a Pan-African fractional investment platform spanning multiple asset classes over time, including Blocks Agriculture, Blocks Development, Blocks Business and Blocks Capital as currently defined channels, with further potential future channels referenced including energy, infrastructure, tourism, healthcare, education, mining, venture and diaspora-specific products.
If I invest in a real estate fraction today, will I automatically get access to future asset classes (e.g., agriculture, energy)?
Each investment channel and offering is structured and marketed separately. Investing in one Blockx Fractional real estate opportunity does not automatically grant participation rights in future agricultural, energy or business opportunities — each is a distinct investment decision with its own documentation.
Will Blockx expand into other African regions beyond West Africa?
Long-term expansion plans extend to East Africa, Southern Africa and broader Pan-African opportunities, following the same model of quality sourcing, due diligence, legal structuring and professional management applied in the initial markets.
