Is Blockx Investments a real estate agency?
No. Blockx Investments is an investment company. Real estate is its first asset class, not its business model. The platform is designed to expand into agriculture, renewable energy, hospitality, commercial development, infrastructure and other income-producing sectors over time, applying the same fractional investment structure across asset types.
Is Blockx Investments a crowdfunding platform?
No. Unlike open crowdfunding platforms, every opportunity offered through Blockx is individually sourced, verified through due diligence, legally structured and actively managed after the raise is complete. Investors are acquiring a defined legal interest in a specific, identified asset — not contributing to an undifferentiated pool.
What makes Blockx different from simply co-owning a property with friends or family informally?
Informal co-ownership typically has no governing agreement, no professional management, no defined exit mechanism and no independent oversight of income and expenses. Blockx replaces informal arrangements with a legally binding Fraction Holder Agreement (FHA), professional property and rental management, regular financial reporting, and defined rights around transfer, exit and dispute resolution.
