- No. Listings are based on information supplied by the project proponent. Any investment or partnership is subject to independent review, due diligence and agreement between the parties.
- Is my contact information published?
- Never. Your contact details, exact location, documents and proposed deal terms stay private. Investors contact Blockx, not you directly.
- Do I need a budget or valuation?
- No. Early-stage ideas are welcome, and every financial field can be left as “not yet calculated”.
- Is this the same as Blockx fractional ownership?
- No. These are third-party opportunities, separate from Blockx's own projects and fractional offerings.
